			<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">L'appartement, situé en centre ville d'Annecy, a fait l'objet d'une rénovation intégrale visant à optimiser son agencement. Cette transformation a inclus la création d'une nouvelle chambre, permettant de passer d’un T2 à un T3.
