			<p>Cette maison individuelle disposait d'une dépendance accolée et inutilisée faute de connexion directe avec la maison principale. L'idée du projet a été de repenser et de rénover entièrement cette dépendance, ainsi que de créer une extension afin de la relier à la maison principale dont le séjour a été partiellement rénové. L'extension en bois a permis de limiter l'impact du chantier sur un site habité. 			<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ce chalet des années 70, situé à Huez en Isère, a été entièrement rénové, accompagné d’une extension afin de repenser les espaces. </span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">L’extension, façade Ouest, permet d’ajouter des espaces de service sur trois niveaux et de créer l’accès entre les deux niveaux habitables du chalet. </span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">L'extension, façade Nord, permet de proposer deux nouvelles chambres. Le chalet est une maison secondaire et a été optimisé afin d’accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes tout en conservant un grand espace de vie : un séjour avec cuisine ouverte et mezzanine. Ce grand volume donne directement sur un balcon bois avec une vue dégagée sur les montagnes. </span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Initialement construit en bois avec un étage en maçonnerie, le chalet d'origine a inspiré le même principe constructif pour l'extension, avec un étage en bois au niveau supérieur (r+1) et en maçonnerie avec un revêtement en pierre au rez-de-chaussée. 			<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">L'appartement, situé en centre ville d'Annecy, a fait l'objet d'une rénovation intégrale visant à optimiser son agencement. Cette transformation a inclus la création d'une nouvelle chambre, permettant de passer d’un T2 à un T3. 			<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">L’appartement a été conçu en fusionnant deux anciens ateliers d’artiste situés dans la cour intérieure d’un immeuble du quatorzième arrondissement de Paris. Imaginé comme un loft, l’espace intérieur est complètement ouvert.
